Up and Down the Hill We Went

Tonight Jeff and I decided to get in a hill repeat workout.  We warmed up for 2 miles and then started the hill repeats we sprinted last week.  We run up the 250 meter hill (under 6 min. per mile pace) and then jog back down.  We did this 6 times.  Cool down by jogging home 1/2 a mile.

hill_repeat Lets not pretend like this was really any fun or felt good.  In fact, it hurt and there was a lot of other things I would rather be doing.  But we got it in and it will only make us faster.  I’m looking forward to taking tomorrow off.

You should have waited to do your hills in San Francisco, those will be hills. Although looking down that hill was impressive. Hope you have some time to site see a bit. Enjoy your day off.
