Arches National Park

I forgot to do a post about visiting Arches National Park on January 31, 2012.......

The geologist inside me was overwhelmed with happiness when we stopped at Arches National Park.  It had numerous gorgeous displays of rock formations and geologic time all in a relatively small area accessible by car.  It reinforced my desire to go back to grad school to advance my knowledge on the subject.......(NERD ALERT)

Anyway, while we were there we managed to break some more laws when it came to the dogs.  National Parks do not allow dogs in very many areas, especially not on trails.  I think the rule came about because of this:
